Channels Tab (Galvo)

The channels interface allows you to select how many channels are currently being acquired and tells you where they should be connected to the data acquisition system. These locations are specified in the .ini file. Tick or un-tick the relative boxes to enable or disable channels.

Channels Tab (Galvo) (v1.3)
LabelNameFunction
AAnalog InputDisplays analogue input channel to which the PMTs should be connected.
BInput RangeThe voltage range the channel is expecting to receive and depends on the output voltage of your PMT. Increase this value if your images contain saturated pixels. Voltage Range is symmetrical around 0V, e.g. a value of 1V will result in -1V - 1V input range.
CActiveAllows you to turn channels on and off. If not active nothing will display in the relative channels display tab.
DInvertAllows you to invert the input for each channel individually.
